Overall I was pleased with my service reps attention to

Overall I was pleased with my service reps attention to taking care of my needs quickly & efficiently. Unfortunately it was only after I got home I discovered I was charged a 3% processing fee (about $90) for paying with a credit card. I wish someone had advised me of this charge before arriving to make payment, or at the time of payment. The service rep said nothing, the sales staff said nothing. I also don't like that the dealership told me 3 different times I would get this survey request & to be sure to give them 5 stars. I don't appreciate being harassed multiple times just to be sure you get a good review.

This is the only dealership I have used that I wasn't

This is the only dealership I have used that I wasn't told 20 times to give them a 5 star rating. They never once asked for the 5 star rating. I am giving them a 5 star rating because they earned it. They made the process easy, the finance department did not oversell addons, and it was a smooth process throughout. I hate dealing with dealerships - this was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle.
