I decided to purchase from Tom Clark due to the transparency, straight forwardness and the truly helpful employees in Erica and Scotty. I still feel good about my purchase, The truck I bought was explained and shown to me very well. I’d be willing to purchase my next vehicle from Tom Clark and Erica.

Got the classic bait and switch here.

Got the classic bait and switch here. They advertised one vehicle online. I even called and confirmed they had it. Drive an hour there the same day and magically it was gone. But they had something similar but more expensive. Never shop here folks.

Tim was great to work with.

Tim was great to work with. But the service from James Wood / the Tom Clark Auto Park is not up to standard. I just think we are a number for the last 5 or so years. Service department manager will tell you what ever just to not help you. I have rush under my NEW 2025 2500 HD. All they said was GM would not make the part if they did not think / trust it would last. I have never had rust from day one on any 15 plus trucks over the years. Very sad!!!

Sold me a car with a faulty part, car is being serviced

Sold me a car with a faulty part, car is being serviced by them. Unknown amount of days they have to have the car but no we can’t have a loaner. Told the adjuster the techs don’t make enough hourly to test drive the vehicle to actually see the problem so warranty company will not cover it. It’s been a nightmare and will never use them again
