Have brought vehicle in 3 times and errors on dashboard

Have brought vehicle in 3 times and errors on dashboard came on 2 days later. We will be taking in for the 4th time. Better luck next time.

I scheduled the appointment online using their service

I scheduled the appointment online using their service coupon. It was for a full synthetic oil change. It didn’t include tire rotation. It took nearly two hours for the appointment. They recommended several add ons. Two of them were air filters. I just replaced one of them so I asked why they recommended a replacement. They said it was due to mileage. I asked to see a picture of the filters to determine if they actually needed replacement and I never received a response. When they told me it was ready, the bill was higher than expected because they added a tire rotation. I told them I didn’t ask for it. They called the service manager over and he told me I scheduled it online. I told him the coupon didn’t include it. He muttered under his breath “yes it did” and told the cashier to take it off my bill. I didn’t like being accused of stealing services. When he came out to the vehicle when I drove up, I told him I was there for oil change. He never confirmed if anything else was going to be done to my vehicle. It was a bad appointment overall.

Wendy was the best.

It was great working with Scotty.

It was great working with Scotty. My whole family has bought cars from this dealership! They make the process so easy and they don’t try to play games like other dealerships. They are up front about pricing and don’t try to sneak in unnecessary add ons. I felt like everyone was honest and very friendly. It was definitely the best car buying experience.

Jared is always so friendly & helpful. The service is dependable and explained service related issues clearly. The problem was covered by warranty which was a nice surprise. We will continue to have our car serviced at James Wood.
