When we went in we were directed to the best sales associate for us. She was friendly and open. We told her whatvwe were looking for and she was able to very quickly pick somethings out and guide to the right car for me! The process was very quick and she made it pretty painless and stressfree!

Over the years, our family has purchased many vehicles from James Wood Motors. The service has consistently been excellent. We drive an hour to do business with them even though there is another dealership 10 minutes away. Thank you for the service that you provide! Note: we purchased a Cadillac CT5, which is not a choice under make and model on this survey.

Waited less than 1 minute before being approached where
Waited less than 1 minute before being approached where the advisor name was givien to me. Waited about 5-10 minutes before being greeted by service advisor. He said it would be 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 1/2 hours until ready without car wash. The car was ready between 1 1/2 to 2 hours. All services performed well. Checkout and payment were handled correctly and promptly.
