Everything happens the way it is supposed to. Basic customer service is rare lately. communication is even worse. I am always kept in the loop with you guys concerning my car and I greatly appreciate it

This was the most enjoyable car purchase I have ever had,

This was the most enjoyable car purchase I have ever had, and I've purchased 7 cars in the past. Dee Ann was very helpful in finding what I wanted, even as I changed my mind a few times. She never pressured me, but always followed thru. The whole process was enjoyable and I believe I was treated fair and got a great deal on my new Cadillac CT5-V. I will recommend James Woods and Dee Ann to anyone looking for a great car.
