I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. 9 MONTHS HAVING MY VEHICLE, THEY CALL AND SAY ITS READY. I GO TO PICK IT UP AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. THE COOLANT PUMP WAS OUT. THIS DEALERSHIP PUT AN OLD COOLANT PUMP ON A BRAND-NEW MOTOR. I PERSONALLY, WOULD HAVE CALLED THE CUSTOMER TO ASK IF THEY WANTED A NEW PUMP ON A NEW MOTOR. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. ZERO FOLLOW UP CALLS, THE SERVICE TECH WOULD NOT RETURN CALLS OR ANSWER THE PHONE. ONCE I FINALLY GOT UPSET THE SERVICE MANAGER STEPPED UP (DOUG) THANK YOU..

Brought my truck in to have a goose neck hitch put on.

Brought my truck in to have a goose neck hitch put on. The techs pinched a wire reinstalling the bed, fixed that, but when I tried to use the tailgate radio, it didn’t work. Took it back in to have that diagnosed and fixed. Got the truck back, took it home, was trying the radio and noticed a bunch of wires hanging down passed the bumper. Crawled Under the truck, and found 4 large wire plugs not connected. The guy that worked on my truck, in my opinion, needs to be talked to and made aware that he needs to pay attention to the details of his work. It’s not just about get vehicles in and get them out as fast as you can. Quality matters!!
