Very fast and friendly. My wife and I were in and out with a new SUV in under 2.5 hours. There were no dealer add ons unless I wanted them. The gave me their best price and financing without negotiating. James Wood got a customer for life.

We went to several different dealerships over the last month and not single one compared to the treatment here at James wood. They were very family friendly and happily answered any and all questions we had for them. They did not try to waste our time were straight up about the car fax and showed us things within our budget Trae Little was an amazing salesman and made sure we were comfortable with what we purchased.
