Will Lewis, General Sales Manager at James Wood Cadillac ... and all that support him are nothing short of SUPERSTARS!!!! I wish I could rate Will a 1000. I bought a new Cadillac from James Wood a few months back. I was having a supply chain order issue from Cadillac, trying to get parts for a repair. Will Davis stood by me the entire time, made sure I was not without a car to drive and I honestly felt like he cared, along with my sales person Rossie Sewell and the service manager, Brandon. My car is back with me, running better than ever. Love Love that I bought from James Wood Cadillac ! Feel confident that if you go there for your vehicle needs, you will be taken care of !! Thanks again Will (and Brandon and Rossie). You guys rock!

The install of my tonneau was completely wrong.

The install of my tonneau was completely wrong. I had tried for months to get the truck to get in for the shotty install job and also needed a loan vehicle so I could drive to a from work. The dealership refused to give me a loan car. I wouldn’t go here for service again or to buy a vehicle.
