Always a pleasant experience at James Wood. Edwin is amazing and always makes sure I understand exactly what needs to be done. I have had the pleasure of watching him work with several people and everyone is treating with the best service you could ask for.

For the last 22 years my wife and i have been a loyal

For the last 22 years my wife and i have been a loyal Lexus customer. We decided to look at all options this time for our vehicle purchase. After talking to 14 different Cadillac dealers in 3 states we were introduced Christopher at James Woods Cadillac. He made our search and purchase easier than any of our previous purchases we made for the last 22 years. Extremely honest, approachable, and professional, Christopher along with everyone at James Woods streamlined our purchase along with maximizing the value of our trade. Our only regret is that we did not contact James Woods first when we started our search. Most car buyers would be hesitant to drive 2 hours one way to purchase a vehicle. For my wife and i, this was the best car buying decision we have ever made.

We live in Galveston and on a planned visit to the Dallas

We live in Galveston and on a planned visit to the Dallas area our Yukon showed an emission warning indicator about 30 miles out of Dallas. This was late on a Thursday afternoon. We were only staying for 2 days and the first dealer we contacted said that they would need one whole day just to analyze the problem - not acceptable! We then called James Wood and Gavin told us to bring it in early the next morning. The problem was analyzed by 9am and repaired by 2pm. Much better service than your competitor - thank you!

The service I requested was for an oil change and tire

The service I requested was for an oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately after entering the freeway I received a Tire pressure warning message. That should never have happened. A technician did not do their job. Should I be concerned about loose lug nuts? My first visit would be rated a 4-5, my second visit (Body Shop) would be a 4..
