I was disappointed to pick-up my truck and it was dirty

I was disappointed to pick-up my truck and it was dirty and gas light was on and I had less that 25 miles to empty so had to go straight to gas station. The vehicle was ran for a period of time for troubleshooting and left risky low and exterior dirty. Seems like it would be standard to at least have every vehicle leave clean and good customer service to not leave someone on E after having ran the truck for a while for troubleshooting.

Had to go back twice for the same issue!

Had to go back twice for the same issue! Have bought 7 vehicles from James Wood do not know about # 8. Being nice on this review as I believe the Service Manager is the problem with quality!

Ordering vehicle by email with Brian was very easy.

Ordering vehicle by email with Brian was very easy. Brian kept me updated on manufacture date and estimated delivery. Vehicle was delivered and I picked it up, everything was as ordered. The whole experience couldn't have gone any easier. 45 minutes and I was driving home.

I was searching online for a GMC Denali pickup and James

I was searching online for a GMC Denali pickup and James Wood had the best price in a 350 mile radius. Bryan was our salesman and I couldn’t be any happier with his expertise, knowledge and poise.
