experience buying a new vehicle than we had working with
experience buying a new vehicle than we had working with Jacob and Juan. I was dreading the day I would have to go and trade in my current truck because the experience is always daunting and never a pleasant experience but not this time. We will be back to work with Jacob and Juan both every time we or our kids are needing to purchase vehicles. Highly highly recommend. You wont be disappointed you came here!

The purchase of my 2026 Equinox was the fastest that I have ever experience when buying a car, Duane is an excellent salesman. I had to go back because of problems with the info system and he had it solve within minutes. as a matter of fact as soon as I close the car door he was already greeting me. From agreeing on terms and the time that it took to sign the contract was quick, hardly that much time when by before I was signing the contract. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE If I need to but another vehicle James Wood is the place to go to. I would definite recommend James Wood to my friends

I bought a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq from this dealership and
I bought a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq from this dealership and was having issues with it from very long time. I am disappointment with the repeated issues I have been experiencing with my Cadillac LYRIQ. I have unresolved issues with my Cadillac LYRIQ and I am disappointed with the constant service visits, long repair times, and the fact that the same problems keep recurring even after multiple attempts at repair. I have had to bring my vehicle in for service more than ten times since purchase, which is completely unacceptable for a new Cadillac and dealing with repeated issues.
