The last time I took my Chevy in, their car wash caught

The last time I took my Chevy in, their car wash caught my front license plate and bent it 90 degrees, pointing straight out in front of the vehicle. When I came in for my oil change, they admitted that their car wash may have been the culprit. They promised to fix it while they had the car. They did not. Over An hour and a half for an oil change seems excessive. But to their credit, they did let me know when I walked in that it might take that long. Wished they had let me know that information before I drove to their service center.

Everyone is helpful and friendly.

Everyone is helpful and friendly. Just need phone numbers to call when you have a problem or breakdown, like roadside assistance. I was given a card on my last purchase, but not sure if it is the same number for current purchase. I always like to put the numbers in my phone.
