The dealership is awesome.
The dealership is awesome. But my negative review is with Chris Douglas. He never mentioned to me or the opportunity to accept or deny the add on ‘s he himself added to the loan. Example: Gap insurance, some other kind of insurance that cost $599 , something I didn’t need, no opportunity to negotiate the asking price for the vehicle. Once I told him I was putting $3 down and I would be back in to discuss the car on Monday. And on Monday my wife and I were set up to see the finance guy and at that time it was all about sign here sign there pace. And one other thing, I didn’t find out the vehicle I bought was involved in an accident with minor damage until 2 days later when I received the car fax report Sure he found me a lower interest rate with EECU, compared to my approval letter from Bank of America. Overall I’m just disappointed and dissatisfied the run of the mill type practice I experienced.

Ronnie Eison sold us our new 2025 GMC Canyon AT4 on
Ronnie Eison sold us our new 2025 GMC Canyon AT4 on Friday. He previously sold us our 2018 Buick Enclave, new. It was a pleasure working with him again. We drove that Enclave from Corpus Christi to Denton for the selection and the deal Ronnie was able to make on the AT4. Thanks again to all who participated in our purchase.
