Erica was very professional and very helpful in what I truly wanted in my new truck. Big shout out to her and her ability’s as a sale's person that’s cares about what ya want. Also Don dude was great very relatable. Upfront with all the digital paperwork that was awesome by the way. So this was my second time back at James Wood for a new

So this was my second time back at James Wood for a new vehicle purchase. It only did this dealership do me a service, but they again went overboard and beyond my expectations. I bought a 2025 Trail Boss with the 5.3L and loved it. But quickly realized (personal opinion only) that I was missing the thrill of the 6.2L. Well behold all luck, James Wood Autonpark had just taken possession of an all black 2025 Trail Boss 6.2L. Within a day, would’ve been quicker had I listened to my wife and Patrick my sales associate, I was driving home in the 6.2L truck. Patrick, Jacob, and Juan were an absolute pleasure working with for a second time. I am a life-customer moving forward into future. Wife’s next new car will have the James Wood Autopark stamp no doubt!!!! Save yourself the hassle. Determine what Chevy model you want and just go see these people to purchase it. May I recommend you don’t make my mistake, GO FOR THE BIG MOTOR 😄😄😄
