First oil change for my 2025 2500HD diesel trail boss was a very pleasant experience. Edwin said it would take 1 1/2 hours but they got it done in 50 minutes! I have purchased all of our vehicles from James Wood since 1992. Thanks James Wood!

We had an oil change and my husband recently had new rims
We had an oil change and my husband recently had new rims and this was our first oil change and we didnt think about bringing the tool. I asked Jared about it and he looked and said they didnt have the exact tool and the one they did have was bigger and might scratch the rims. I appreciated his honesty. The oil change was quick and the process was easy!
