Easy to schedule work and it was handled professionally and in a timely manner. No one enjoys spending their day waiting for car maintenance or repair and James Wood seems to respects that time is valuable to customers because the waiting area is pleasant and the work is done quickly.

Disappointed they have implemented a 3% fee on credit

Disappointed they have implemented a 3% fee on credit card payments. At least they mentioned it before the service. Luckily I had enough cash on me. The service writer on the drive brushed off my commenst & the follow up text checking on my service met with a "canned" response. Next time I'll bring a company check. And don't plan on writing a check for over $750, that's the limit! Got this info from the cashier. Not sure how many people can a: pay out-of-pocket for a repair over $750 with a wad of cash or b: get a cashier's check before going to pick up their vehicle. The credit card companies have such high fees that many merchants are now doing this. Ridiculous!

Have purchased 4 trucks in 6 years from this dealership

Have purchased 4 trucks in 6 years from this dealership but will give someone else a chance with next year's trade-in because I no longer trust their service department. Too many issues getting billed for services not performed and services performed improperly.

Taylor scheduled a same day appointment with me because I did not have the wheel lock and had a tire leak. They fixed the tire leak and gave me a wheel lock within the hour. Thank you Taylor! I always appreciate the Red carpet service we receive here!
