The salesperson was great but the cleanness of the new
The salesperson was great but the cleanness of the new Escalade was disappointing. The interior has several blemishes which were easy to scrub away, it was clear the vehicle was not detailed prior to me picking it up.

I waited while my windshield was replaced.
I waited while my windshield was replaced. They washed my car inside and out first. London, who helps the service dept., came in to check on me and offered to drive me to an appointment then came back to pick me up! When I got back my car was ready. Taylor made the process smooth.
