The car we bought smelled really bad inside.

The car we bought smelled really bad inside. We found out the carpet was wet. On the passenger side floor due to air conditioner condensation leaking. I left a message to the sales rep that sold me the car to see if they will fix it.

Wendi was AMAZING!

Wendi was AMAZING! Her ability to allow me to BUY this truck vs having her "Sell me the truck" made all the difference in the world. I believe in the phrase that PEOPLE DO BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE - This is the case with Wendi. Her follow up and communications was spot on, not too much but just right. She was prompt and professional. I have bought many vehicles in my life but now have found someone that I can trust and will go back to her when it is time to trade in my truck and get a new one. Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership.

Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Poor communication, kept car for 2 weeks & no work was done on it, didn’t have a loaner we could use so my kids had to miss school/practices. Ultimately warranty came back and said they wouldn’t pay, so they wanted me to facilitate communication with the warranty company. At that point, it felt like a big game with no resolution in sight.
