Since then, Samantha Oliphant has stepped into that role, and I’ve continued to use her for every visit. Her communication is exceptional whether by phone, voicemail, or email, her responses are always timely and professional. I genuinely appreciate her consistent follow-through and how personable she is during every interaction. I also want to recognize the often-overlooked team behind the scenes—Brandon Stolp and the skilled technicians who keep everything running smoothly. Always been a ford man.
Always been a ford man. But once I talk to my sales person( older gray haired man.) Sets on front corner of gmc building I drove a gmc This man was very knowledgeable, walk me through all the bells and whistles eve invited me back to go over it again. Excellent The whole process was painless and smooth. Just completed my first service on an oil change and tire rotation Jason was remarkable and straight forward Kept me in the loop and informed. Made appointment time, ready for me when I arrived.
Made appointment time, ready for me when I arrived. Left the vehicle, repairs were made, had to order parts, and the next day repairs were completed. Received a call the truck was ready for pick up. Arrived went to the desk, paid the bill, and truck was brought to the front for me to drive away.
