Overall Excellent experience. My sales associate, Wendy, made this transaction smooth and hassle free. She correctly ascertained my needs and made the buying experience pressure free. She offered many options in the truck accessories and customization of the product. Wendy is definitely a valued employee and skilled salesperson. Please pass along my comments and reward her accordingly in the future. I purchased a 2025 GMC Denali Ultimate because of the quality, fit and finish, and recommendations of current owners. So far, I am overall impressed with the vehicle and the James Wood Dealership. The final purchasing process was handled by Don Litoff. He made the process smooth and hassle free. Another valued employee who deserves recognition and praise. Great job....here's to a continued positive experience with maintaining, service, and the possible future purchases at James Wood GMC.

I think this is my 3rd or 4th survey about my most recent visit. Listen here, James Wood does awesome and Jarrett Abel is great, but PLEASE FOR THE LOVE, stop with all the surveys, and then reminders about the surveys! I'm getting to the point to maybe going somewhere else to get a break from the surveys!!! I would appreciate it if you could consider reducing the frequency of these surveys, as they have begun to feel excessive and detract from the otherwise positive experience I have with your dealership.
