Jose discovered that we had a maintenance plan on our car, and we had no idea! He is crediting us for some future services. He is an honest person, and I will be requesting him every time.

Three times in the shop for the same problem in last two

Three times in the shop for the same problem in last two weeks..Car pulls to right. Supposedly an alightment problem.. Still pulling to right so probably something else.

I had no intention of buying a vehicle as I was just

I had no intention of buying a vehicle as I was just going in for a test drive. They brought one out that exactly fit what I was looking for. No pressure to buy, said let us know when you're ready. They offered a very fair price at the end. Buying process was very pleasant.

I was very excited to bring my son to show him all the

I was very excited to bring my son to show him all the cool things you have upstairs. I was very disappointed that BOTH the massage did not work. Also the cinema was not working. With your location being fairly new, I cannot believe none 8f these things worked. When I asked the front desk & my service technician, they both said they did not know who was in charge of that. Very disappointing to say the least!
