This is my secound purchase from Autonation Chevrolet Waco. As before they were ver professional and courteous. Mr. Billy Martin is the Best in The Business. Autonation Chevrolet Waco actually arranged a driver to drive 177 miles just to pick my wife and I up, so that my wife wouldn't have to drive home alone. Now that is great customer service. They really care about their customers. My Corvette was ordered and delivered as I wanted it and in a very short time frame. I only waited 3 months. Thanks Autonation Chevrolet Waco. I was very disappointed in the after-purchase of my vehicle. My truck was delivered and they failed to detail it. The vehicle was wiped down and delivered to me with visible stains on the seat, floor dirty with debris still in the vehicle. The transaction was good, but I was disappointed that no one saw the condition of my vehicle and thought that a deep detail was needed. This should not be an option but a must when purchasing and delivering a vehicle. Very, very disappointed. I took it back to have it detailed and was told they don't steam clean seats but basically just do the bare minimum, with a wash and a wipe down and that's it. Very unhappy.
