Autonation Waco is my home dealership.

Autonation Waco is my home dealership. I have purchased 4 vehicles from them and each time it was seamless. Not to mention the service departments commitment attention to detail, after service video, n delivery with courteousness.

Customer Service needs great improvements.

Customer Service needs great improvements. In the front office and in service, the lack of communication with customer is none. i bought my truck it has been in the shop more than i have had it. it is in the shop now, they can not figure out how to fix it, so now after it being in there 6 times, they decided to send it over to Dodge, they have had it now 8 days, and one has bothered to give me a call with any updates. they never answer the phones or return any calls. i have talked with the manager at this location, about the lack of customer concern and they still show no concern, it takes 5 seconds to call the customer with an update. I have several numbers to call but no one ever answer, so what good is it to have phone service; people are friendly, but not helpful at all

Once again after they have my truck for another eight days I get it back and they’ve done nothing they have fixed nothing it’s still doing the same exact thing it was. They said they sent it over to the Dodge house and Dodge could not find anything wrong with it, that is xx. I’m gonna take it to Dodge and I’m gonna have them check it out and I’m gonna send Autonation the bill because it’s their responsibility and they should’ve fixed it. Their service techs have no idea what they are doing. Worst service I have ever experienced

called phone number listed and was connected to a "phone tree" with several recoded messages directing me to respond to different questions. So much for a personal message. When directed to call a General Manager I would expect to have that phone number. It appears that the GM has many activities pressing him/her requiring their time, so do I and I would rather not spend in working my was through a phone tree. If you wish to speak to me you have my number.
