2018 Equonox - Oil change and State Inspection
I called ahead and made an appointment. The guy on the phone was super nice and easily accommodated my request for a specific appointment time to coincide with another appointment I had in the area. I was greeted immediately upon entry to the facility. I waited about a hour for my oil change and inspection. Everyone there was helpful.

Found out what was the problem with my silveraldo key
Found out what was the problem with my silveraldo key ignition. Very pleased with service. Took my truck twice to dealership where I purchased it. They could not find the problem. Autonation knew how to trace it down. Knowledge counts for alot.

Service was good but it is a bit difficult to get thru
Service was good but it is a bit difficult to get thru on phone with the outside answering service! Once I got thru the service personal were great.

great experience
i had been in process of buying a truck earlier in the day at another dealership across town. i was serious about buying a truck and the other copmpany treated me as if i were dumb and didn't know they were paying games. we went over to autonation chevrolet in waco and saw the price on the make and model i wanted. there was no games to be played on pricing,i also got what i wanted for my trade. sales staff was friendly and inviting. thanks to them i got what i wanted within 2 hours and walked out of there happy.
