Great schedule service
I upgraded my 2019 530e for a 2022 530e last year. I recently was notified the car needed a scheduled oil change. After the car notified me, I received a call from Advantage BMW service and immediately schedule my service, it was seamless! And, once there Alejandro, walked me through the entire process. Followed up with text messages and video of the service from the dealership, loved it!

Sub par time at Advantage Midtown
Took my car for an oil change and alignment. I waited four freezing hours at the dealership for this to be completed. When my car was ready, I was leaving the dealership when a drivetrain warning light came on. I tried calling the service person but no one answered. I got home, told my husband. We looked under the hood and an air sensor was left unplugged with screws missing. Today, my service person called to arrange further set and argued with me about the warning lights.
