The BAYWAY LINCOLN experience was fantastic and exceptional from start to finish. I was treated with respect and professionalism. I expected the worst because of previous experiences elsewhere and my dire situation but within a short time all my fears vanished. Frederick Young and Bayway exceed above and beyond my needs and desires. I am so grateful and thankful. Frederick and Bayway are and will be forever highly recommended by me and will forever be my dealership of choice.

We have been with Bayway and previously with Premier for 30 years. Plus Shane in service is the biggest reason we keep coming back. He is the best. A dealer is only as good as their service dept and Bayway and Shane is the best!

Very Pleased!

We were very pleased with the experience of purchasing our new Navigator from Bayway Lincoln. As there is no Lincoln dealer in our immediate area, we knew we were going to have to be deliberate in both researching Lincoln options as well as negotiating a deal from a distance. Canyon and Syd worked out the deal via telephone and was prepared to send the Navigator to us (two hours away), but we wanted to take a look at it before making a final decision. We made the trip to Bayway, Canyon had the vehicle ready to go and answered our questions. The paperwork took minimal time since we had already worked the deal via telephone---so time was not wasted.

Sales person was very nice.

Sales person was very nice. The car had a check engine light on, which was serviceable. After the sell was closed I had to wait over a week to get my car. Which was fine, but I had to call in for updates. A great salesman with communicate and follow-up for future business or referrals.
