Service

Very disappointed from the service department I take my Lincoln MKZ 2010 for air bag recall and after 2 days was ready but was more like broken they Messed up my AC in my power sterling well They told me the they don touch anything besides de air bags and they refused to give the Supervisor email they replace the air bags and the airbags harness so yes the beck my car so if you have air bag recall look for a better option to fix the issue

The process was smooth once we reached a common understanding. It is important to go into the buying experience (during these crazy times of no/low inventory) knowing what you are willing to live with and walking when they can?t meet your expectations. What began as a pretty tenuous negotiation, actually ended quite pleasantly. I hate buying vehicles and wait 10+ years to do it because of the process. I do feel like I got the best deal in this crazy environment. I did like Bayway and would go back again! We LOVE our Lincoln?s!!!! Best car so far!!!!!

Zach was super easy to talk to and answered all my questions over the phone. Everything was ready and organized when I came in. The finance guys answered all our questions. Very easy process. Love my new navigator! Thanks

Buying from Bayway was probably the best car buying

Buying from Bayway was probably the best car buying experience my wife and I ever had. They were very professional and respectful through the whole process. Just bought my second car from Bayway and it was as every bit pleasant the second go around as the first. Great place to buy from, they were upfront, honest, and acted with integrity.

My sales person, managers and finance directors were very helpful and did everything they could to get me approved for my vehicle even with bad credit

We'd experienced poor service at another dealership following an horrific accident and prolonged difficulty finding a replacement vehicle. D'uane approached our situation with compassion, dedication, and unmatched professionalism, to the point that we signed documents from out-of-state, vehicle sight unseen.
