Excellent Experience
A great experience buying my C 300 at Mercedes Benz of Greenway. Sales rep Doug Ankenman never kept us waiting , answered all our questions and made us at ease throughout the car buying process. Prices are great , service is great and the people go the extra mile for their customers. I?ll be there again next time I buy a car

AMG Oblivious
Brought my C63 AMG in for service. The service rep tried to convince me that my vehicle was 4matic rather than RWD and informed me that they could not/would not align the wheels to minimize the inner tread wear issue prevalent with this model. They deflated all the tires to 7 psi below mfg recommended pressure (all were fine when I dropped it off). Spent $1200 here and then subsequently spent an additional $700 elsewhere to fix the things they messed up or refused to correct. On the upside, they did fill up the coolant reservoir properly and managed to vacuum the interior without damaging anything. And after voicing my displeasure, they did give me half-off the bad alignment...gee thanks. They are clearly unfamiliar with the AMG line of vehicles and how to maintain them. If you're looking for a high level of expertise, look elsewhere. Probably fine for your 16-yr-old's A220.

Outstanding service from MB of Greenway Plaza
Was looking to turn in my lease for a new E450 Coupe, and had an outstanding experience with MB of Greenway Plaza (Houston, TX). This is my second vehicle from them (initial lease was through them as well), and they took even better care of us this time than last. Worked with Rokan (Internet Sales Manager) again this time, and was extremely happy with his approach (no pressure, just aimed to please). Got a great deal, and the car was delivered from another AutoNation dealer within one business day. Overall a great experience once again. Thanks Rokan and MB of Greenway Plaza!
