Excellent ssrvice
The service work is excellent and the pick up and drop off process is very smooth and quick. Repairs have always been very well done. The service advisor has occasionally tried to sell me service that a car enthusiast would not buy (e.g. replace brake rotors when replacing pads because ?they?ll squeal otherwise?) but that is more a function of the affluence of the customer base than any bad intent. Buying a car at this dealer requires the customary negotiating efforts? but that is neither surprising nor disappointing.

I made a mistake
Poor experience with my sales representative and manager, pushed late at night to close on purchase with the clear understanding that I?d returning the following day to receive the instructions on the vehicle, well they barely talk to me, the same sales person and manager did not have time to talk to me. The day before sales person offer and told me I could keep my same personalized plaques, just told me to wait for phone call when he had received the new ones and changed the to my current ones, well, I did get an email notifying me of the plaques arrival, and when I forwarded that email to the sales person asking what happened to his offer, he emailed me back and told me I had to do it, I don?t care about the personalized plaques, mind you, never asked him to do it, He offered when he brought me my current plaques from my old MB that I was turning in, the point is that it gives you a bad impression of the sales person, but it may just be me. The whole experience was just not good, and I know, we get too pampered now days when we buy and expensive car, but I figure, that high price includes the expense of all the fancy store, sharp dresses salesman, etc, and this is a one time thing, they don?t hear from us until hopefully 3 years latter, so to receive the instructions in this new computer driven cars and at least not be patronized until you close the deal not to have time for you again, well, I will let you all be the judge. But I take responsibility, I should have stayed with Star Motors, where I bought the previous MB, and treated me excellent. Their offer in the same car was better, but for trying to save me time I when back to Greenway MB, where after having bought 4 MB in the past with similar experiences, I still let laziness get the best of me. Lesson learned
