Great experience

Came looking for a used car and got such a great deal on a new car, I bought it. Tosh in the Finance department has some great stories

High pressure fuel pump

The service department was very helpful and courteous. I will continue to use this service department for all of my repairs. Quality work and communicated well.

Human being

Started out looking for car my son sent me a recommendation on email at your dealership. Worked out well and so far am satisfied with the car and the way it was handled. David and Ali were especially helpful.

Excellent service, very caring individuals especially my service advisor Cedric Rogers of Sterling McCall Ford, who worked expeditiously to get my vehicle fixed after a previous bad experience at another at another dealer service.

New Tires

I came in to get four new tires and was greeted as soon as I walked into the service department and my vehicle was sent in shortly there after. The service was quick and the service rep kept me abreast of everything that was going on with the vehicle as well as what the total price was going to be. Finally, I was contacted by the service rep as soon as my vehicle was ready and my vehicle was delivered to me as soon as I returned to the service department. I am definitely a happy customer.

Great Service

I got a great service advisor, Mr. Jerry. He help me get through the process smoothly, answers my questions, very courteous and professional. I had a long journey to get to the site (more than an hour drive),waited the whole day seating... but it was worthwhile. I recommend if they can have other diversional activity within the service center (threadmill šŸ˜€) to prevent boredom 😁😁😁 I will definitely comeback for any future service that may car would need.

Could be more attentive

When I walked in the service advisor that I normally deal with told me that Irvin Gonzales would be helping me, who was standing in the booth right next to him. Since Irvin didn’t speak or say anything to me I decided to be courteous said hello. He spoke as though he didn’t want to and there was zero eye contact. Then he handed me a form and said ā€œhere sign thisā€. When I picked up my car he did not go over my bill with me at all but just took the payment and told me my car was ā€œover thereā€ which was parked on the other side of the service department. It wasn’t far but it’s just courtesy to drive it up. They used to drive my car up. When I got in the car I saw the sticker and that my tires were checked in the red box and battery and brakes in the yellow. You would think he would go over that with me because that’s kind of important. What if I wanted to have them changed. I’m not sure if I will be taking my car back there and if so I certainly do not want him as my service advisor. That was poor customer service. The repair was fine (oil change), I guess. I did call back later to have him go over the bill with me but the lady that answered the phone said she could not get him on the line because he was with another customer but said she would leave a message for him to call me but I never heard back from anyone.

Bad service

I went to get my oil changed and when I got my truck back, it had scratches on the door and I let them know, they took pictures and told me they would call me and up until now they haven’t called. They also didn’t reset my truck so I had to go back. I don’t know if they fix it or not????
