Replace a Certain part that was recalled the car i

Service was ok but they did not explain the check point service so you could move forward. If I wanted it at the time or in the future.

Call me wrong name as 10 year customer repeatedly

After 10 years they can't get my name correct and I have repeatedly told them my name. I am done. They also took the liberty to start texting me when I explicitly told them absolutely no texts. The new ownership group SUCKS and they no longer wash my car when I get oil changes even when I get the works. Prices are crazy now. They quoted me twice the cost of a brake flush anywhere else and I told them my coolant was low and they said they checked it a and it did not need to be filled. They did t even check it or they would have seen that the fluid was halfway to the full line and was low. The works only means they will charge you more and tell you all your fluid levels are good and won't fill them unless you are paying extra for it then they charge you sky high prices. I had to go buy coolant because they said my fluid levels were fine and they were not fine. It is why I took my car there and paid extra for the works. Not anymore. And when they keep getting my name wrong in communications they fail basic customer service. How hard is it to call you but your actual first name though spelled different and forcing them to make notes on what your name is? Too hard. They just want to put everything on computers and not give a crap and send you communication like they care but they can't even get your name correct.

Repair

It took them over 1.5 months to fix my new truck (only drove for 3811 miles), and when I got my truck back, lots of dirt inside the dashboard, and left few light scratches on side of the door. The service manager claimed that scratches were there before by using a very blurry pictures from their camera, and even though it had reflection. He asked me to call my insurance.

Took my car for a check engine

I truly recommend this dealership they really stand behind their word, they honor warranty services never make any excuses. They took my car in with a check engine light on and took care of all issues it had and did not charge a dime.

Good service

I Will Likely recommend. Helpful customer representatives, and very clean environment. Had a complimentary wash and had my engine cleaned as well. Though sometimes hard to get a hold of someone on the phone.
