My rep didn’t communicate well regarding my vehicle
My rep didn’t communicate well regarding my vehicle status. During and after serviced then when it was time to pick up he seemed lost. A proper check in would’ve been nice

Incompetent service dept.
Incompetent service dept., lacking quality personnel. Terrible communication made the experience even worse. Had already returned my rental (that I had to have for over a week) only to get into my truck with my check engine light on and a different alert that still needs attention. Somehow their entire team missed that, even when they had to move the vehicle after the service was said to be completed. Complete lack of competence.
