My service advisor was Marlon Romero. He was nice and professional. I had an oil change and replacement of filter. Everything was great until I got home and noticed that they threw out my sticker on the windshield from Costco tires. I had two maintenance stickers placed on the windshield. One was for oil change from the previous time at Toyota and another was for the rotation maintenance from Costco. If they had just replaced the oil change sticker from Toyota and left the Costco then it wouldn?t be a problem. The Costco sticker literally mention and says ?schedule your next TIRE service?? so it?s for my tire service mileage reminder and nothing relating to the oil change service done at Lexus. Since the person who performed my oil service threw out my Costco sticker, I don?t know when my next mileage for tire rotation will be. It will be a HASSLE for me to call Costco service to find out the information when this should not have been a problem the beginning if they didn?t touch it.
