The store in the staff at Lexus Southwest Houston are always amazing friendly. I never have to ask for anything twice. I have never had to wonder where my car is in service. I get updates on it and I don’t have to chase anyone down.

Good customer service but the wait time for just tyre

Good customer service but the wait time for just tyre rotation and washer fluid refill was 2 hours. That’s insane.

The salesman was professional; they tried to steal my

The salesman was professional; they tried to steal my trade in- final offer was 50% higher than their starting bid They did not realize I had done my homework I spent 3 hours executing this transaction on a car which was an order Very inefficient and a waste of time Final sin? They tried to peddle all kinds of extras. They sell you the car on reliability; then they try to sell you extras based on fear of breakdowns Not nice
