The absolute worst and slowest service I have ever had at any Lexus dealership, I am not going back to Sterling McCall. I am transferring my account to Westside Lexus.

I have done business with this dealership for my last 3 vehicles. The dealership itself is much nicer than others I have visited. My salesman is amazing, accommodating and always a pleasure. I look forward to continuing to do business with them.

Cody assisted me throughout the entire process and ensured that my car was properly repaired this time. All issues that were previously unresolved were fully addressed, and every recall was taken care of. He kept me informed at each stage until the vehicle was ready for pickup, and he also helped me secure a rental car so I would not be inconvenienced during the two days required for the repairs.
