I recently had my vehicle serviced at Sterling McCall Lexus, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Kevin Bayer was my service advisor, and he did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was professional, communicative, and made sure I fully understood the work being done. Kevin kept me updated throughout the process and ensured everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. It's clear he truly cares about providing excellent customer service. The Service Representative Mirra was really nice and

The Service Representative Mirra was really nice and helpful. When I received the invoice it was more than the original quote but she explained the reason why and was able to give a discount.

Van Lim is our sale person, we had bought the 2025 LEXUS

Van Lim is our sale person, we had bought the 2025 LEXUS RCF FINAL EDITION few months ago with Van and we have to come back again for this 2025 GX LUXURY+ because Van is the best sale person, very helpful very kind very honest, he would respond to us even on his day off or he ready on vacation he will let us know so we don?t feel like we?re left behind while our vehicle in transit, even though we live in Az we still rather pay extra for transportation to deliver the vehicle to us because of the best customer service, ZERO HASSLE, STRESS FREE . Also, John is our finance person, very nice and kind too, totally phenomenal . WE WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO STERLING McCALL LEXUS ?
