I spent $2700 on my 60K maintenance.

I spent $2700 on my 60K maintenance. My daughter also purchased her vehicle and has maintenance here. I hope this dealership takes feedback seriously re-evaluates how management interacts with loyal customers. General manager Liza Postell responded to me in a rude and demeaning manner. When I said I would not be returning her reply "We understand and are okay with that". When I asked to speak with the manager "I am the manager". The world I come from we lead by example. All customers regardless of the size of their transaction-deserve respect and appreciation. Group 1 Automotive can do better.

Since 2020, I’ve purchased and leased four vehicles — both new and used — from Sterling McCall Lexus, and I continue to bring my car back here for service. Even though I live in Cypress, I gladly make the drive to Sterling because the experience is always worth it. The people who work here are not only professional but also genuinely kind, approachable, and easy to talk to. Sales, Finance, and Service have all been wonderful — I always feel like I’m being treated with respect and honesty. It’s rare to find a dealership where you feel so comfortable and taken care of, and that’s why I keep coming back. Sterling McCall Lexus has truly earned my trust, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
