2019 RX350, scheduled full detail service and brake fluid

2019 RX350, scheduled full detail service and brake fluid flush maintenance. Customer service experience was professional and communication with technicians was on point. Inspection by technician found a couple items that need to be fixed. No upselling or pressure. All repairs were completed timely snd matched the estimated price quoted. Great experience!

Went in with a specific amount and shared with the service advice that I was going to spend which was below my budget. The service advisor shared that some additional service that would needed. I asked and it was $14 over my budget so I agreed to have the service done. At the completion of the service the bill was $263 over my budget amount…Unbelievable and Quite disappointing

Had vehicle serviced.

Had vehicle serviced. After 3 hours of waiting, I reached out to my advisor on the status of my car. He had been trying to reach me for over an hour to say my car was finished. He never thought about checking that he had put in correct phone number. He knew I was waiting on car and didn’t come look for me or double check number.
