Catalina is an amazing sales professional. She really listens to the customer and works to find the right car to meet their needs. I was in an unfortunate situation where my car was totaled. Catalina understood my emotional connection with the vehicle and the financial freedom that I had. Basically, I was the original owner of a beautiful ES300H super clean no issues. Simply beautiful. I had not seen a car payment in 10 years. Catalina showed us every car on the lot and we walked away. Catalina kept my needs in mind and found me the perfect vehicle. From my perspective it was not about making a sale for her, it was about creating the best customer experience. She achieved that goal, I purchased the car and could not be happier. She deserves to be commended.

Can't remember my sales agents name, however, the review with my wife and I about how various functions work in the car was a 5 minute discussion and given at his desk which was a screen showing various documents, that I needed to sign..Two months later we're still struggling with how things work or what certain things mean like "adaptive cruise", etc. We were provided with a flash drive which we're told would answer all our questions, but the first several pages were sales documents. I guess this is what you can expect when you buy a new car.

It was a rushed deal but it was at the time what I wanted. Great car and the salesman did his job at convincing me to make the purchase. Overpriced yes but a great car.

Chung Lee was very helpful and good knowledge about Lexus cars. She helped us for a good car. Registration of car was received after 6 weeks.
