I love my used vehicle and although it was wholesale only with no warranty, we still had some unforeseen issues to be resolved. Westside did the right thing and I thank them and especially our sales person, Chong, who was friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. I felt a little intimidated by her superiors, but Chong made it work. Don’t let her language fool you. She gets it done.
