Christian, Thank you for the response. We are a loyal Lexus family (we own 3 at the moment), and will continue to be so. I have always enjoyed my dealings with both sales and finance at Westside Lexus even though when negotiating pricing and warranty options, it sometimes gets tense. I used to enjoy going through that process bu,t as I get older, I really am not found of it anymore. I am sure I am overreacting. We were all tired and when it came to buying a Tire and Wheel warranty, she just didn't give me the answers I was looking for. I had bought one on my wife's RX and paid $800 for it and when I asked her how much I paid on that one, she just told me "next to nothing". I came home and looked it up. I knew it wasn't $2500 like she told me the new one was going to be. Please don't hold my comments against her. As stated before, we were all tired (I think I was her last customer of a very busy day). Thanks again for reaching out. Please let the sales manager know that it was a pleasure working with John and I will certainly be back to work with him again. Paul

Nice experience with Westside Lexus. However, for an remarkable brand and products, I think they are overpriced. I’m not understanding the high interest rate I received through Lexus financial. For someone with a perfect credit score, return customer to the product and an a veteran. Only to be told I could not get the lowest available. I do feel some type of way.
