Excellent customer service

Prompt, efficient, friendly. Andrew expedited the service seeing that I was with my pre-school daughter and yet made sure everything was taken care of beyond my expectations, even taking the time to show me how to use the electronic dashboard (navigation, contacts) in ways I had not known before.

60,000 mile service

The service I received at Westside Lexus with Chris Nemoto exceeded all of my expectations. Not only is he a polite and responsive service representative, but he is extremely knowledgeable about all facets of my Lexus GX. I would not use any other dealer, and would not use any other representative!

10,000 mile check

I am so pleased with my entire visit. She was able to squeeze me in the same day I called, got me set up with a loaner car was was very accommodating to my work schedule. I was in and out very quickly and I couldn't be more please! Great service to go with a great car!

Great Buying Experience

Second time buying a Lexus at this dealership. Love their quality of service and respect for the customer. I requested my original salesman, but he had passed away and was no longer there. I was very pleased with the service provided by Gonzo Jimenez and recommend him to others who want responsive service and a fair negotiator. He completed the transaction by delivering the car to my home himself!
