Items were not done as promised on my warranty

Items were not done as promised on my warranty maintenance work. Tires were not rotated and I left with low pressure on four. I asked specifically to get them aired after the rotation was done but left the dealership with the same exact amount on the exact tires as when I entered. Discount tire down the road did it for me.

Received a call about coming in to perform a recall.

Received a call about coming in to perform a recall. Arrived and was told it would take 2 hours to complete. Once they were finished about an hour later, I was told the recall was not for my vehicle. This should have been known prior to them calling me as it goes by VIN number.
