My salesman was very knowledgeable on all of the vehicles I was interested in. He made the buy process very easy. He also followed up the next day to make sure I had no questions about the car. I appreciated that.

Poor communication and disappointing service.
Poor communication and disappointing service. I recently had a costly repair done and brought it back in around 2 weeks later for the concerns over the same issue. Service was not able to locate that the issue was occurring agin and charged me (stole from me) another $100. I was told when the first repair was done it would be covered for 2 years. I can't even bring it back to get looked out at for the same concern without being charged? Cmon poor customer care here, shame on you Wiesner Buick!

Grisel went out of her way to accommodate me in my search for a new vehicle. She impressed me enough that I chose not to visit with any other dealers.

I will not waste any time trying looking for a vehicle or
I will not waste any time trying looking for a vehicle or trying to buy any vehicle from this dealer. Although the staff was courteous, they kept trying to add dealer optional items to the sell price of the vehicle I was interested in. I told them I did not ask for and did not want the added items they were trying to charge over $2,000 for, but their response was that they install these options on all vehicles they sell and would not remove them from the vehicle or the sell price. Just another pushy deal trying to inflate their profit with a bunch of unneeded and unwanted high margin dealer installed options. Don't waste your time here.

Not a problem with my tech support but did have to bring
Not a problem with my tech support but did have to bring my vehicle back because it?s still blowing out a fuse. She says there?s a short on the wiring harness to my phone ? charger on the top of the console and my rear sliding window. Also the lights on on instrument panel will go dim and 4~5 times it would go black and has killed the motor and one other issue is that the USB plugs ? to hook up my phone ? and CarPlay coming on and off. That?s where my issues are now We did pay close to $600 to fix the problems by replacing the Battery cables. That hasn?t fixed anything.

and Customer Service I recently purchased 2 GMC trucks from WIESNER, and while I have to commend our sales representative for her exceptional knowledge and professionalism, my overall experience with the dealership has been far from satisfactory. The sales process itself was smooth, and our salesperson was a pleasure to work with—she truly knew her stuff. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive aspects of my experience end. The financing side of things has been an absolute nightmare. Nearly a month has passed, and my trade in payoff still hasn’t been processed. This delay has caused unnecessary stress and frustration, and it’s unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I reached out for assistance, I encountered the sales manager, JD. His rude demeanor and lack of customer service skills only compounded my frustrations. It’s disheartening to feel dismissed and unvalued as a customer, especially after making a significant investment in purchasing 2 trucks. While I love my GMC, I cannot recommend WIESNER to anyone. The lack of professionalism in handling financing and the poor customer service from management overshadow any positives. I sincerely hope they can improve these aspects for future customers, but based on my experience, I won’t be returning.

The process takes too long. They have to figure out how you can complete the purchase in an hour or less. There is way too much waiting around.
