I took my vehicle in for service because of a small water leak on the driver side door. They replaced 2 seals and charged me $600. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle they were charging me $900 because of what they said was a billing error. I wasn’t happy but I paid and took my vehicle. Two days later it rained and my floor was full of water. I took the vehicle back and told them to keep the vehicle all week, to make sure they actually fixed it this time. A week passes and I pick up the vehicle. I pull out of the service center and roll down the window and the window falls out of the door they had been working on. All of this happened in mid May. It is now the end of September, my vehicle had been there 8 different times for the same issue and it still isn’t fixed. It’s sitting in their service department as I write this review. The service center is almost comically horrible. I will never be back and because of the service here I have turned 6 people away from this dealership and they purchased somewhere else.

Brittany Brawley is my service person at Wiesner. She is awesome. To replace the lifters in my Yukon took a month. My extended warranty company was the problem. It could have been done in a few days, if they had been responsive. Five stars for Brittany. No stars for the warranty company.

Mason was very professional and courteous. The purchase process went very smoothly and quite frankly the fastest in my book. Mason is a great salesperson.

Stay Away

Called to inquire on a vehicle but because of reviews I saw I wanted clarification on "added items on top of advertised price". In specific, GPS tracking device. I spoke to a salesman, Mark, and I asked about the GPS and what the charge was? $2094, added to all vehicles. I told him I didn't want that on the vehicle and he said they required that. I told him it was BS and he knew it and I asked if he would buy a vehicle under those terms? He said "if I bought here I would". I told him that was the beauty of it all, I didn't "have" to buy from his dealership. He stated that all dealerships were doing it now. Which is not true. He also stated that their vehicles were priced so low so that the GPS charge could be added back. If that is the case then advertise the additional charge. No where on their site is that stated. Do your homework, read reviews, and don't be hooked into giving any dealership a fat overinflated profit on top of what they are already making.

Shady, crooked dealership.

One of the shadiest, most crooked dealerships I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Had a salesman lie to my face several times in the span of an hour on conversations he “swore” infront of his finance manager he had with me on dealer addons (a word was never spoken between us on dealer addons). Lots of shuffling and four-square numbers games to conceal the real out-the-door price on the vehicle. Folks, if you’re inexperienced at purchasing new vehicles, pay very close attention to what the dealership is trying to sell you and AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. These crooks did everything in their power to conceal $3k in dealer addons to me and try to make sure I was only focused on the bottom line and monthly payments. Pay attention to what you sign. After I called them out on it, the sales manager told me word for word that they are required to sell $2-$3K in useless dealer addons on every vehicle on the lot – another total lie. Sales manager claimed “You won’t find a dealership that won’t force these fees on you.” Buy with care here folks or do yourself a favor and avoid lying and dishonest salesmen. Never been inclined to contact GM Headquarters/Corporate before but I think I will after that ordeal.

They will try very hard to steal your money

They list, advertise one price and negotiate a price - then they add almost $2000 in hidden costs for location and glass - very dirty

will make every effort to show you one price and then cheat you out of almost $2000 say they have included options later say no

They tack on $2000 for a theft/tracker. Guess finance couldn't sell them. I walked away because I wasn't willing to waste the money on something that can be purchased much cheaper and they wouldn't remove the option. Life 360 app does 90% of what the tracker does and it's free.

I approached this dealer offering to pay cash at MSRP with the GMC advertised discounts applied +TTL. Grisald, the salesperson couldn't find the cash backs and discounts posted on GMC.com...then they ended last month (but good for 2 more weeks). Claims MY math must be wrong. Turns out Wiesner has a bunch of fees and dealer installed options. They won't sell at MSRP. Deceptive trade practices and false advertising. Hope they are prosecuted. I have a paper trail in texts. Buying elsewhere. Avoid!
