Worst dealership ever!

Worst dealership ever! Bought vehicle at closing and didn't like color. Wouldn't change out following day. Wasn't offered other color. Stay away. John Whitworth is a horrible sales manager

Easiest buy in a while!

The buying experience was effortless! Norberto (our sales rep) didn?t push the sale. In fact he gave us our space and answered all the questions we had. The entire process was done in less than 2 hours and we drive home with our new truck. This dealership will get my future business.

2nd truck I have purchased from Weisner Conroe and Jarvis. Jarvis is super helpful, a great salesman, and I have always enjoyed the service I have gotten from Weisner both the sales and service department!

Dishonest liars.

Dishonest liars. I was told a price with and without a trade in and sold my car to buy it. I have the prices on paper and on text messages. I confirmed the price before I sold my car and went straight over to the dealership to buy a Palisade. Knowing that I didn't have a car, they tried to extort $600.00 more dollars out of me. I spoke with the manager However, he did not care if I was lied to and had the proof to back it up. I walked out. I will drive my husband's 20 y/o pickup before I would ever do business with this group. Shame on you. Do not trust this dealership! Rey, you know every word of this is true.

Unhappy customer

The dealer adds charges for Red Alert and ZAPS which cost about 1800$. They skirt around it and hide the fact they are charging this. I fell for it., it was on the invoice, but I missed it as I stated I wanted nothing but the car and tax. When I called the finance manager, he would not speak with me but sent me to the sales person who said yup we have to add it. When I asked what this ws, it was to protect me and would save me on insurance. When I called my insurance company Safeco, they had never heard about it. Weisner refused to reverse the charges even though they forgot to install the Red Alert. The finance manger was also bragging about making more money this year than 2 years ago, by selling 1/2 the cars. Good times for them and taking advantage of the customer. I will never go back.
