Noels Auto Sales

Noel’s Auto Sales is an awesome place to get a reliable pre-owned vehicle. They are an honest dealership with a wide range of vehicles. I know this first hand as I went there back in 2012 to buy my husband a truck for Christmas. I had a budget that I was sticking with and I found a truck that suited my husband’s needs. Now after 12 years it was time to look for a new to us truck and we knew we had to go back to Mike as he treated me so well last time. Mike is an honest guy that shows integrity and his pricing is very fair. The buying process was fast and painless both times. I highly recommend checking out Noel’s if you’re in the market for a new to you pre-owned vehicle! (Oh and the truck I bought my husband back in 2012 is still operating and on the road!)

In 2014 we bought a 2005 Ford F150. It was in mint condition, clean, ran great. We got 9 years, of heavy work usage out of it. This is the ONLY place we will buy our vehicles.

My 16 year old daughter was looking for a first car. She wanted a specific Make/Model. We had been to other dealerships and had actually made a purchase that ultimately fell through (due to an issue with the car). The team at Noel's was outstanding. The car buying process itself was pretty simple. To me, the team (Vic and Mike), did their best to make sure my daughter was buying a quality, safe, first car. They made it a point to go over the vehicle to fix anything that needed to be corrected prior to our taking possession. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would certainly go back again when my next daughter is ready to buy her first car. I highly recommend them.

When I called about a particular vehicle, the guy said I must come in to talk about that car. He refused to give me the carfax and said, "You need to come in." Very poor customer service and would not recommend this place. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE with good attitude.

My daughter desperately needed a reliable used car for her long commute to work and we both dreaded the thought of shopping around. We tried websites, social media, large dealers, small dealers, private sellers, etc. and nothing worked out for us. In the meantime, we decided to check the online inventory at Noel's Auto Sales in North Grafton, Massachusetts since it was so close to home and had wonderful reviews. The people there were extremely helpful in a low-stress, low-pressure environment. They patiently answered our questions about the process since this was our first car buying experience together. We're so glad we stopped in ... my daughter ended up buying a safe, sporty SUV for an exceptional price at Noel's Auto Sales. When the time comes for me to replace my own car, I will definitely return to Noel's!

I found a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 with low miles and zero rust spots. The vehicle feels brand new with out any sign of wear. I love this vehicle and highly recommend this dealership.

I bought a 2011 Chevy Impala from them 2 years ago and it has been a great car! I would certainly buy another vehicle from this dealer.

I recently purchased a used 2010 Honda civic from Noels. It was an AWESOME experience. We had just had a horrible experience at another big name dealer before we headed to Noels. The difference was night and day. Everyone was personable, funny, and the experience was relaxed. Our questions were answered easily and there was absolutely no pushing to buy. I used to work at auto dealerships so I recognize a good dealership when I see one. My husband and I are fully confident that our next car will be purchased at Noels as well. We were beyond pleased with our experience.
