Process was great ordering our 2015 F150.

Process was great ordering our 2015 F150. It was an easy setup to get qualified & set up our loan. Our negative experience started after delivery of our vehicle. When it arrived it looked like someone had purposely made deep scratches down the whole passenger side & a couple on the driver's side. I questioned the delivery driver before he dropped the vehicle about all the damage but he said he didn't know anything about it. I immediately took pictures and called before the driver left (it was a personal driver with vehicle trailer, not a big company). ABS assured me it would be taken care of immediately. After weeks of trying to get things straight, I finally took it to a local shop, got the estimate for fixing the damage/paint & sent it to James as directed. To this day, it was a year in April, NOTHING WAS EVER DONE or any attempts to make things right! Just SEVERAL calls & texts that getting an answer was like pulling teeth... definitely giving me the "run around". When we first were going through the process of buying this for my husband's birthday I was excited about how easy things were. The price was good & pictures of the truck were amazing... vs... what showed up in our driveway. The vehicle is great, but cosmetically IT IS NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR! So, overall it was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and not one we will EVER do again! Which is sad because if things had been done correctly we would be loyal customers & use them when shopping for my next vehicle & for my 2 kids that will be driving in a couple years. Changed my stars from 2 to 5 because management is trying to work with us & give us a positive experience.

Terrible place to buy a car from only had my car for 2

Terrible place to buy a car from only had my car for 2 months and had to come out my pocket 7,300 for a leak in the engine it’s not fair that I have to pay for a problem that I told y’all about after a week I bought it. The manager told me out his mouth that y’all car are inspected and will pass any inspection that car y’all sold me need 24,000 worth of work that needs to be done I can’t even get tags on the vehicle with so much work that need to be done… I got a bad deal from y’all guys and y’all know that.. I’m a single mom trying to do the best she can and now y’all added this to my list I will never use y’all and tell everybody I know please don’t buy a car from y’all company

Bait and Switch, at its finest

Most of their inventory is a "bait and switch". We called about 4 different cars, all of them happened to be "pending sales with large deposits" etc. I asked if I can just come in to look at the cars, not even open the doors and get in or drive, but the salesman explained that, "that's extremely impossible", which I guess is more than impossible? Strict rules against looking at cars that are listed for sale online, according to our sales person. He did have some good news though - "many other identical cars in stock" lol. So to give you one example of many, they had a 2018 Benz C300, with no accidents, 24k miles, listed for $22k, which is not unfortunately pending a sale, where a guy left a giant deposit and is gonna pay cash etc., but what is available is an identical 2018 Benz C300, a couple of minor accidents, 68k miles, for only $27k! So car with more than twice the milage, that has been in a collision, for $5k more. Makes sense! Just to make sure I wasn't writing a bad review based on one single salesman, and one single car, we went through the same exact process with a different salesman, with a Lexus and an Audi. So they can't say it's a isolated incident. While most car dealers are not known for their supreme level of honestly, this is taking things to a whole different level, in 2022, where fact-checking is simply a matter of a couple of phone calls and 10 minutes of research online...

Impressive

Noah was so helpful. He was patient. He made things easy even though am far in Ghana (west Africa). Vehicle same as seen on the net.

No integrity

GM James Sidiqi has no integrity . Purchased a vehicle online . All went well til I let Rep know papers where signed and mailed . Then Mason turned into a ghost . Jeep was delivered filthy inside and out . Dog hair all over interior and dog snot on the Windows . Hood stickers half taken off but photo on net was photo shopped and jeep looked perfect . Jeep had a fresh inspection sticker on it but front turn signals and running lights were in operable. Lick and stick inspection . Oil level was low and dirty . I gave GM Jim 3 months to correct the mishaps . He promised he would many times but never followed through . Always came up with a excuse . The GM is a embarrassment to the industry . I can't say Abs is a bad company buy as long as he is there I wouldn't buy a car from them.

JUST PERFECT

JAMES hands down was the best sales person I had in my life....Excellent communications skills and personality, he also follow up after the sale as well. I will recommend him to anyone looking for a car.

Very friendly staff, and ready to assist me from the...

Very friendly staff, and ready to assist me from the moment I walked in. I had a trade-in which they looked at and offered me a great deal on. When looking at the options for cars James was only too happy to show me as many options as I wanted and was happy to answer any questions - as silly as they may have been. Going over financing they looked after me to get the best rate for financing and showed me options regarding the incentives that were available to me.
