My husband and I have used Westside Chevrolet multiple times in the past and always had good service. There were a few aspects of the service provided that we were unhappy with and that was uncharacteristic of past experiences. I opted to speak to the GM in order to make him aware of the issues at hand in the hope that process improvements would be made. After speaking with him, he was able to understand what had happened and he was genuinely concerned with my concerns. He turned my experience around and I was happy and satisfied with the outcome. We would definitely recommend Westside Chevrolet to anyone needing a new vehicle or service.

My experience with Westside Chevrolet’s service department has been positive. The staff has been professional, communicative, and helpful throughout the repair process, and they have taken the time to explain issues with my vehicle in a way that is easy to understand. While dealing with vehicle repairs is never ideal, their team has made the experience much smoother than expected. My wife and I had an outstanding experience purchasing our truck thanks to Gil. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. He made us feel comfortable the entire time and was incredibly patient with the many questions we had along the way. What really stood out was how hard he worked to get us the best deal possible—he even helped us secure a better APR than what my credit union offered. UPDATE: Exactly as I expected. Issue came up again less than 3 weeks later. Took it to Mac Haik and they found the issue within an hour. Also provided a loaner after Westside did not. Mac Haik is a significantly better dealership and experience Avoid this dealership. Terrible experiences with both sales and service. Went to look at cars and salesman lied about used inventory in stock to try and get me to buy a new car. Bought from another dealership but my vehicle was under warrantee. Decided to try out the service side at Westside since they are closer. Needed to get AC checked and had another terrible experience. - Didn’t get updates unless I called - Dropped the car at 8:30am and wasn’t told that they needed to keep it overnight until 5:30pm - Told me no loaners were available - Asked for shuttle to pick me up the next day for pick up but found out 20 minutes after the pick up time that the shuttle wouldn’t be there until about an hour after the original time - They told me they’d wash my car before I picked it up and didn’t do any of it - They also told me they couldn’t find any issues with my AC going out after its first 5000 miles but I now feel more confident that this will resurface soon and I’ll have to take it somewhere else
