Bought a brand new 2025 jeep Cherokee 2 months ago and
Bought a brand new 2025 jeep Cherokee 2 months ago and already had to take it in for maintenance because of the check engine light coming on not picking up speed highly disappointed, took the jeep in and still no update on what’s wrong with it.

Took my ‘19 RAM in for oil change, safety recall, and
Took my ‘19 RAM in for oil change, safety recall, and fluid flushes. The job only took about 4 hours, but I was expecting more, so had my son pick me up so I did not have to wait on it all day. But, before I got back home, they called and said it was ready to be picked up. I wish they would have let me know they were almost finished before I troubled my son. Other than that, the work was done professionally and timely.

Finnegan Auto Group is an unethical, manipulative
Finnegan Auto Group is an unethical, manipulative dealership that you should avoid at all costs. They illegally ran our credit without consent—despite us explicitly telling them not to—before we even saw the vehicles we were going to be coming in to look at. This blatant violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and invasion of privacy was just the start. When confronted, they tried to lure my wife into signing a credit app to cover their tracks, refusing to discuss their ‘great deal’ until she did. It’s a manipulative bait-and-switch tactic to trap you into buying from them before you can shop competitors. The sales manager, GM Zeke Torres, and owner Gary Finnegan were all informed, yet they’ve done nothing but ignore us, hoping we’ll give up. They’d rather face complaints and fines with the CFPB and Texas AG than own up to their actions or offer a solution. Their business ethics, respect for customers, and service are nonexistent. Worse, they seem to target women with manipulative tactics—repeatedly going behind my back to pressure my wife while lying to me about it. Avoid this dealership at all costs unless you want to be deceived, disrespected, and legally violated. Shop anywhere else.
