We travel during winter and had to have an oil
We travel during winter and had to have an oil change/tire rotation on our new (to us) Pacifica while in the area Our service advisor, Xavier Maddox, was most accommodating. As we were waiting, he informed us about how long it might take (actually took less than he said) and kept us informed throughout the process, Xavier was pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Thank you.

Finnegan Dodge is the worst place ever to take your car.
Finnegan Dodge is the worst place ever to take your car. DON'T DO IT. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR THERE EVER AGAIN. AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST ISSUE I HAVE HAD WITH THEM. IT IS ABOUT THE 5TH ONE. I took my 2023 Dodge Challenger there on Saturday 1/10/2026. I booked my appointment online and I wanted them to do my State inspection and I keep hearing a rattling where my muffler is. So I dropped it off at 12:30 even though my appointment wasn't until 2 but I said that's fine do what you need to. So I went back home. It was almost 5:00 and I had not received a call about my car, so I called Jessica Boskey with no answer so I left a message. A few minutes later I called and tried to talk to someone in the service department to try and get a status on my car and all she did was transfer me to Jessica's phone again with no answer again. Then I decide to text Jessica. Then Jessica finally calls me and states that they need to do a diagnostic on my car to figure out what the rattle is and that they needed to keep it until Monday. I said WHAT....you never said that you needed to keep my car until Monday and Jessica was not even going to call me, she was just going to keep my car. Then I asked did you do my State Inspection and she said no that they had not done anything to my car because they had to wait until Monday to do diagnostic. I was so angry....the whole reason for taking my car there was for the State Inspection and the rattling was a secondary issue. So I told Jessica to get my car ready and I would be there to pick it up. So I hung up the phone and a few minutes later Jessica calls me back and states the Mechanic did drive my car 9 miles and could not replicate the rattling noise. I said xxxxxxxx you are lying, all she did was make something up to try and appease me. I said I bet he drove my car 9 miles probably to get some lunch in Sugar Land because the rattling noise is easy to hear... it doesn't take a 9 mile test drive. Finnegan is an unethical, manipulative dealership that you should AVOID at all costs.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after my experience
I don’t usually write reviews, but after my experience with Finnegan chrysler Jeep Dodge, I feel it's necessary to warn others. I traded in my previous vehicle and purchased a new one from this dealership, expecting a smooth and respectful process from start to finish. Unfortunately, while the sales process started off decently, the way I was treated after signing the papers has been completely unacceptable. Once the dealership had my trade-in and the deal was finalized, the communication stopped. I had questions and concerns that came up immediately after the purchase—some involving paperwork, some about the condition of the vehicle, and some regarding the final numbers discussed. Every time I tried to follow up, I was either redirected, ignored, or promised a call back that never came. It honestly felt like I stopped mattering to them the moment they had my signature and my old vehicle in their possession. What’s worse is the lack of accountability. I’ve been polite and patient in my attempts to get answers, but I’ve been blown off repeatedly. It’s incredibly frustrating to make such a big financial decision—especially one involving a trade-in—only to be treated like a nuisance afterward. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. A dealership should value their customers beyond just closing the sale. The way I’ve been treated makes it clear they’re only interested in short-term gains, not building long-term relationships or trust. If you’re thinking about trading in your vehicle and buying from Finnegan, I’d strongly advise thinking twice. I regret not going elsewhere, and I won’t be recommending this place to anyone.

This dealership has been nothing but a headache.
This dealership has been nothing but a headache. I've had the same battery issue over and over, and instead of actually fixing the problem, they just swap it out with another "new" battery that ends up going bad again. To make things worse, they give you problems when it comes to honoring the warranty -- instead of standing behind the most recent replacement, they fall back on the original warranty, which makes absolutely no sense. If you're giving out faulty batteries, why should the customer be penalized? On top of that, good luck trying to get help from management. The manager is always "in a meeting" and never returns phone calls. I've given this place multiple chances, but at this point it's clear they don't value their customers' time or trust. Oh yeah, the receptionist is disrespectful and rude. 0/10 DONT RECOMMEND.

It's a shame how long it takes for you to receive a phone
It's a shame how long it takes for you to receive a phone call back. I have tried to get my car serviced for a very long time. Not to mention when I purchased the car and I had a captial one approval letter the dealership still ran my credit through several companies. Please stay away from this dealership, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Noooo!
Noooo!!! My people, what a disappointment this dealership is, I do not recommend coming here. Everyone seems to want to help you and provide good service, but when your vehicle breaks down, you bring it in to get it fixed, it takes almost two weeks to get it fixed, only for the vehicle to end up worse. Even though they are a large dealer, they do not have vehicles to lend, since it is their problem for not having good workers in the service area/mechanics. How do you manage to be paying for such an expensive vehicle, not being able to use it and still having to miss days of work because they do not even have cars to lend, do not come!

I bought a 2018 Infiniti Q60 Red Sport from Finnegan
I bought a 2018 Infiniti Q60 Red Sport from Finnegan Chrysler Dodge Ram. Within days it was overheating. Turns out it had a porous engine block. Two months later I had to replace the engine. That one failed too — burning oil like crazy. I paid $10,000 down and financed the rest, and now I’m left with nothing but credit damage, stress, and a repossession. This dealer sold me a lemon and took zero accountability. Avoid them at all costs.

Never go here.
Never go here. Horribly misaligned my truck. Would not return calls or refund. This is the WORST service (if you can even call it that). Avoid Fineugan at all costs. Go anywhere BUT here to have your Ram serviced.
