Good Experience overall, they let me go on a test drive by myself and give it a once over for any issues. Oul needed to be changed and a few interior pieces were damaged. They ordered the replacement pieces, had the oil changed, detailed the interior and everything was great. Upon pickup though, the exterior was filthy, not horrible I guess since it happened to be raining but still unacceptable I feel.

Overall it was ok...I paid cash for the car which the original sticker price was $11,990. I figured they would give me some kind of discount for paying cash but they didn’t. What made the experience bad was the fact that it took over 2 hours just to clean the car so I could leave. They said they were going to top off all my fluids and stuff too but they didn’t. So I basically say there for about 2 and half hours while they did a slightly above mediocre job of cleaning the inside and outside of the car. Everyone was really nice though.

They were not the usual pushy salesmen, fixed everything on the car I bought without question. Answered all calls promptly. Bought the car at a great price, and they were honest with any past issues the car had. Will go back again.

I was inquiring about a car from vdubs and we were close to making a deal when i was talking about being 25 bucks a moth too high and the sales person then told me that he finds that much in his couch when he cleans it. Way to make a customer feel good about buying a car from them
