Bit on the lazy side

Apparently its too much trouble to delete sold vehicles, even after the car has been gone for a month, and I finally got an email back. Ad is still up.

Dealer response

I certainly feel your pain on this one, rwarltx. This is a real problem for Dealers that have high volume and sell almost exclusively on the Internet. We subscribe to many web services such as Cars.Com, AutoTrader, Ebay just to name a few. Once we list the cars on our website, it is automatically uploaded to all the web services we subscribe to. From there they sent sent to websites that draw from each one. We can control each web service we subscribe to, but cannot control the others. Our website had the car sold out. Sorry for the inconvience. we are working to get it better.

UnResponsive Dealership

I sent an email to the dealership, in which they promptly responded with the information on the car. I replied asking for a time for a test drive and a carfax. NO answer after 3 days, so I called the dealership and asked iif they still had the car I was interested in. The lady answering the phone said yes and to wait while she got a salesman, which she did. I asked about the car to him(forgot his name), and he said wait while he runs out to ensure they have the car on the lot. NEVER came back to the phone, the receptionist came back on and I asked if I would like to have her send me their version of the carfax report (some other company). I said sure to at least look at the report and gave her my email address. Guess what, no email and no report. That is a shame as I was pretty sure I would have bought the car I was looking at.

Buy a Car from Vdubs!! Great business!!

I bought an Audi from VDubs Only. Excellent service and prices. My salesman was Zig and I could not have asked for a better salesman. He was fair, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. I will purchase all my vehicles from VDubs only in the future!!!

AWESOME CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!!!!!

I went to V-Dubs only to purchase a vehicle last month. This was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. I dealt with a guy named Peyman and a guy named Zig. They were both very professional and really knew their stuff. The prices are more than reasonable and everyone is super friendly and do not hassle you like most salesmen when you go to a dealership. Very nice cars on their lot and a nice and clean dealership as well. I will definitely recommend everyone I know who is looking to buy a car to V-Dubs Only. Buying a car has never been so fun until I went to V-Dubs!!

Happy Daughter

Went to this Dealership after shopping several different places and was skeptical, but could not avoid the selection so my daughter made me go look. After arriving we were greeted by Derrell who was friendly and took his time to show us several cars and let us drive them. I was pleased with the selection and the relaxed atmosphere with no pushy sales people in sight. After a couple of test drives my daughter had picked her car and the process was very simple. No extra add ons and nothing was ever forced on us. Everything was explained and very up front. I have a super happy daughter and I got a fair deal. Very pleased with the process and the car.

dont go here

i went to this dealership to look at a car i found online. i called ahead of time, i spoke with their finance persons prior to going and he said they were waiting for me. he even called me when i was in route to verify i was coming. now mind you they knew the day before i was coming at a certain time and i was told the car would be detailed before i got there. i get there and the girl says the car is being detailed and fueled....um ok. i waited for over 45 minutes with three kids and my wife for this "detail" i saw people coming in and waiting for help, people going out to test drive and the cars were either not on the lot or had dead batteries. no one was available to help them look for the cars or give prices. they finally bring the car around and the guy says...look it over its really nice, we still have to detail it but we will definately get it done before you take it home....wait, isn't that what i waited this whole time on?? car is dusty inside so i guess not. i start it up and im getting everyone buckled in...the gas light comes on. are you kidding me??!! my wife said, lets just go thats crazy. but no, i decided we waited that whole time, im driving it. so i pull out and i go get gas in the car and i drove the car for about an hour because i felt like they kept me waiting and i wanted to see how the car drove not just down the congested street going 5 mph. took it back and it was like no one cared that i wanted to deal with them and just pay a down payment and work something out. no you have to talk to our finance guy he is helping you. the finance department was trying to bend me over too and acted like he was doing me such a big favor! even if you have poor credit you could get a better deal at some tote the note place for what they were trying to charge me. they were just very rude at the dealership itself, the guy laughed at my trade in and told me, if i was offered x amount by an individual to take it and run! thanks i did! and i spent it somewhere else on a better car.

Scetchy

I went to buy an Audi A4 here I told the gentlemen a week before i was heading down to take a look and purchase I also called the day before and told him I was in town and will be at the dealership in the morning. He said the car will be ready then, but as soon as i get there the car is nowhere to be found he claims it was being detail so 45 minutes go by still no car, he then said it is in the service shop getting one last check up another 45 minutes still no car, he then said that two of the tires were on backwards and that they are just correcting them it will take 10 minutes, another 30 minutes later he comes out the garage driving the vehicle all crazy so i can test drive. I look at the vehicle and it was detailed very sloppy, had damage here and there, the engine had a loud tick, the brakes need to be replaced, it needed an oil change and there was water in the engine. The man said that everything is ok its the turbo thats making that noise I never heard turbo that sounded like a hammer hitting a metal pipe but I would be careful and not buy a vehicle from these guys.

Suspect business practices

I visited this dealership to test drive and purchase a used vehicle. Because it was a used car, first took it to a trusted mechanic to inspect. The mechanic found, and documented, nearly $2k in reccomended repairs to the vehicle. The dealership accused the mechanic of acting in self interest to get the repairs done at their shop and said they would look at the car to see if the reparis were warranted. Please note they were unwilling to reduce the price of the car at all based on this information. I never heard back from them about the repairs they said they would review. I must assume they are still trying to sell the car to an unsuspecting buyer who will not have it inspected and find out later there are significant repairs needed. I thought this method of selling used cars was a thing of the past, but the practice of trying to sell a car in need of repair without disclosing that to the seller lives on at VDubs. Unfortunately, I did want the car and was there to buy it. If they had managed this situation differently, they would have sold the car and I would not still be shopping.

Poor Customer Service

I saw a Armada on cars.com and wanted to get more information about that vehicle, so I filled out the form online for someone to contact me about the car. It has been two weeks and I still have not heard from this so called dealership. After reading the reviews I am glad that they didn't call me back. I will take my business to another dealership, that strives on customer service.
